Orders & Payment

How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collection, select your preferred t-shirt, choose your size, and click "Add to Cart" or "Buy Now". Follow the checkout steps to enter your shipping details and confirm the order.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for all orders across Pakistan. You can pay the rider in cash when you receive your parcel at your doorstep.
How do I know my size?
We have a Size Guide available on every product page. Our t-shirts are designed with a regular fit suitable for the average Pakistani physique. If you are unsure, we recommend ordering your usual size or contacting us for advice.

Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship all over Pakistan?
Yes! We ship nationwide. However, please note that a few remote areas may be considered "out-of-service" by our courier partners. If you are in a remote area, our team may contact you to arrange an alternative delivery method if possible.
What is the delivery time?
Our standard delivery timeline is 2 to 4 working days.

Note: Delays may occur during public holidays, sales events, or unforeseen incidents (like strikes or severe weather). We appreciate your patience in such cases.
Which courier service do you use?
We partner with Daraz DEX Courier, which specializes in e-commerce logistics and offers extensive coverage across Pakistan's metro and urban areas.
What are the shipping charges?
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and the number of items. We strive to keep these rates as reasonable as possible for your convenience.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with the fit or quality, you can return the item within 7 days of delivery, provided it is unused, unwashed, and has all original tags attached.
