4. Orders, Billing & Payment

Freesia Born primarily operates on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis. By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete contact and shipping information.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to incorrect details, suspected misuse, repeated order refusals, or unavailability of stock.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We deliver across Pakistan through third-party courier services. Estimated delivery time is typically 2 to 5 working days, depending on the location.

Delivery delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Due to the nature of fragrance products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once a perfume has been opened or used.
