At Freesia Born, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in the original packaging.
- You must have the receipt or proof of purchase (Order Number).
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer.
- Items purchased on "Final Sale" (unless defective).
3. The Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Provide your Order Number and the reason for the return.
- Our team will verify your request and provide you with the return shipping address.
- Pack the item securely and ship it back to us via any traceable courier service.
Note: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
4. Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund. Since we operate via Cash on Delivery, our team will contact you to transfer the refund amount via Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash.
